The reason we can create this video for you at this price is because you are going to do some of the prep work. Know one knows your business like you do, that’s why you are going to write your own script. But don’t worry, we have all kinds of tools to help you out in making your video special and one of a kind.

Timeline Description

After your script is ready and we’ve agreed to a shoot date and time, we will meet at your business for a 1- hour taping session. In post we edit your footage then convert the finished video to a file format of your choosing. Along with your webmaster we can help you determine what file format will work best for your website. Included with your finished video file (on a disk) will be a Video CD that will have instructions for better positioning your website on all of the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN Live. Better positioning (page 1 optimal) will help drive more traffic to your website to be greeted by your new video.

Steps Explained

This is the timeline that shows you how this all works.
1. Download our .pdf file of the “Script and Shot List Instructions Form”.
2. Write your script. You can ask us as outsiders to your business to review your script to see if it reads well. No charge for this service, this is not considered script writing.
3. Set up a shoot date and time.
NOTE: Full payment is due after videotaping (See Payment below)
4. We edit your video. After reviewing your video you are allowed to make changes. One time only, and if any scenes are changed your new selection can only be from existing footage we acquired from your shoot.
5. We supply you with your finished video in the file format you requested, on a disk, along with the Video CD with the instructions for increasing your web traffic.

• Teleprompter

  Worried about not being able to remember your lines (script) while taping?
  We have a teleprompter that mounts on the front of our camera. Your words will be right on the one way mirror, very easy to read so you will look very professional and no memory required!
  

• Still Photo Animations - Bring Still Images to Life!

  We've got a great new way to advertise! MixnPixels can take any facial photo and animate it to any voice! Watch as these Still photos come to life.

  With a million different combinations - we can create the perfect animation for your website or video project. We start with an image (which you or we can supply); you supply the script, and we supply the character voice... All for just $499!

• Model Release Form

  Anyone at your business, employees or customers who appear in your video will need to sign a model release form. MixnPixels is not responsible for anyone who appears in your video. It is your responsibility to have each individual in your video to sign this form for your protection. 1-Minute Video Infomercial, documentary style (length :50 to 1:00 max)
It can be about your services, staff or products or all combined
We will provide the format file of your choice. Formats: DVD (mpeg 2),
Flash (.FLV), Windows Media (.WMV), Quicktime (.MOV) and You Tube.

Includes:

1 Hour on location videotaping. Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
3-CCD Broadcast Digital Camera on Digital DVCAM tape (800 lines res).
Small light kit or onboard camera light or both.
Wireless Microphone or Shotgun Microphone on boom pole.
All editing including generic background music (if applicable)
Video CD with video instructions on improving your position on the major search engines.

Customer Provides:

Finished script on our script form
Talent to represent your company on camera or to read the script for V.O only and not be seen on camera.
Signed release signatures of people or voices in your video on release form
(We will provide you with these forms)

Payment

Payment is due in full by check at your business when the videotaping is finished. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard but if you do there will be a 5% fee added to your total. (At $499 we can’t afford to pay bank fees)

• Renata - Professional Makeup Artist $65.00

• Actor to do your script. Male or Female $300
• Mastered to Mimi-DV (for cable or tv station use) $50.00
